8. BORSCHTBORSCHT
Borscht -it is one of the most traditional Polish soups, tastes to
almost everyone. Most often it is served during Christmas Eve dinner.
Ingredients:
-beets -vegetable broth
-cabul
-vinegar
-pepper
9. BROTHBROTH
Broth -soup with poultry or beef or mutton. Most often served with
pasta or homemade noodles. Chicken soup is a dish which is prepared
for a relatively long time. Preparation involves cooking meat with a set
of vegetables .For years broth visitors on Polish tables and every Pole
knows his taste.
Ingredients:
-meat -vegetables (carrots, parsley, celery).
10. PIEROGI (DUMPLINGS)PIEROGI (DUMPLINGS)
Pierogi - Food occurring in Poland, Lithuania, Russia, Belarus,
Ukraine, China and Japan and Italy. Similar dishes are Russian pelmeni
and the Ukrainian wareniki. In Italy, however, are ravioli and tortellini
and ravioli China it is called: wonton, guo tie and jiaozi.
Ingredients:
-Flour -free stuffing
-hot water -pinch of salt
11. CHOPCHOP
Chop - the most common meat dish, usually fried in the pan with a
small amount of fat. Chops are prepared from pork, beef, veal and
poultry. Polish cuisine has mostly pork chops served with potatoes
and sauerkraut.
12. CANTEEN AT OUR SCHOOLCANTEEN AT OUR SCHOOL
School canteen is a place where children from our
school eat lunch. Lunch is issued every day between
twelve and o’clock to two o'clock. Children eat
breakfast there too. There are small and large tables
for young and old. School canteen is a place where
peace can eat lunch and breakfast.
