My media product effectively uses conventions of real music videos by including elements like a central protagonist, camera angles, a small number of characters, and music. The combination of my main product and ancillary texts like a poster and radio trailer were effective in promoting the work and drawing in the intended audience. Feedback from viewers on YouTube, in my class, and through questionnaires helped me evaluate what worked well and what could be improved. I learned various media technologies have valuable roles in the production process from planning and research to construction and evaluation.
