6. The first stop of our route will be
Barcelona, a city that does not need
presentations.
From the majestic Sagrada Familia to the
charm of Park Güell, the Gran Teatro del
Liceo or Casa Batlló. The city is full of corners
and places to stop and marvel.

boat, from where we will have stunning

8. La Lonja and seafood lunch
We will start the activity eating in one of the restaurants most
committed to fishing and sustainability, as well as the preparation
of dishes from fresh market products.
We will continue with a two-hour visit to the Lonja de
Barcelona, where you will discover the respect that is maintained
in the fisherman's profession and that has gradually been
modernized without losing its essence.
The expert marine biologists will take you through the facilities of
the Fishermen's Association to know the boats and the different
fishing gear. They will talk about sustainability and the techniques
they use to promote it until the arrival of fishing boats in the Port
of Barcelona. At this time, you will attend the landing and auction
of freshly caught fish: white fish and shellfish. We will end the visit

We will begin the experience in Zarautz, where we will take a
guided tour of the city, including Karlos Arguiñado's restaurant and

20. Create your own wine
We present you with a unique opportunity: to be the creator of your
own wine.
We will begin by recognizing the aromas of each of the types of wines to
know the contributions of the different oaks and varieties with which we
work in the cellar.
You will have a test tube in which you will mix the different wines of the
bottles. After several attempts, we will begin the assessment of what a
good wine is: The one that is bright and clean in sight. Have a smooth

21. El arriero, wine and fish
In this experience you will know the history of the muleteers and
what happened in their long trajectories between Rioja Alavesa and
Lekeito, Ondarroa and Bermeo. It will be a day in which, in addition to
enjoying nature, we will catch trout and experience a cooking
workshop in which we will clean the fish, prepare the mise en place

23. Hotel Viura
The Viura Hotel seems to have flourished in the middle of Villabuena de Álava, a picturesque medieval town in the heart of the

We will take you from the accommodation to the winery,
where an off-road circuit will begin visiting the most unique
places of the vineyard. We will continue with a country
snack on the farm and, finally, we will visit the winery, the
fermentation and aging room.
At the end of the circuit and the visit to the winery, there will be a
guided tasting of the full range of the Abbey. The duration of the visit is
about 3 hours and is done in private.
27. Sommelier Spa Experience
The Sommelier Spa concept combines the powerful healing
properties of aromatherapy with Abadia Retuerta wines. In this
experience you will have the opportunity to taste our wines and
smell the oil blends. At that time, the limbic system, connected to
the nervous and olfactory system, will react to the different aromas.
The treatment is carried out in what was the former
Sanctuary of the building and it will be a Sommelier Spa

28. Abadía Retuerta
La Abadía de Santa María de Retuerta, Founded at the end of the 12th century, it has remained a witness within the boundaries of the
Retuerta estate. It is one of the most important Romanesque works in the province of Valladolid, now a luxury hotel consisting of 27
double rooms and 3 suites.
With sommelier spa, outdoor pool and a restaurant with a Michelin Star, it will be the golden finishing touch of this route through Spain.
