This document describes how to build a simple mouse trap car using wood, tape, a mouse trap, string, and glue to demonstrate that the car will move when the mouse trap snaps. Instructions are provided to glue together pieces of wood to form the body and axles of the car, attach wheels, secure the mouse trap to the center, and tie a string between the trap and front of the car so that when the trap snaps, it will pull the string and cause the car to move forward, proving the concept. The experiment was a success, as the car moved as predicted when the trap snapped.

mouse

5. Glue the pieces together
Put tap on the sick as the size of the middle
part of the CD
Put the little wheels on the other stick
Glue the mouse trap at the middle of the car
Tie the string to the trap and to the stick with
the wheel
Role the wheel with the string and put the rap
to the snap and let go
