“Overall HR Practices of
PRsons Technologies PVT.LTD.”

Introduction
HR is an emerging sector in the new era of the corporate world.
Previously, human resource management was ignored by large
organizations. Today, the situation has changed; most
organizations emphasize the practice of HRM.
The main reason is that the organization is run by people or
human resources, not by a machine.
PRsons Technologies also emphasizes the practice of human
resource management. In my internship report, my main
objective is to identify the HR practice area of PRsons
Technologies.
There is no doubt that the world of work is changing
rapidly. As part of the organization, HRM must then be
equipped to cope with the effects of the changing
world of work.
Changing skill requirements, continuous
improvement , decentralized workplaces and
employee engagement are challenges to be faced.
Now it is a big challenge for HRM to support the
organization by providing the best personnel for the
suitable position in the shortest possible time.
About of PRsons Technology Pvt.Ltd.
PRSONS Technologies was created with the intention to become a global
leader in the area of IT and IT enabled services.
We're focusing on technological advances as well as we can meet clients'
expectations regarding the ongoing projects.

Objectives Of The Report
The objectives of the proposed study “Overall HR Practices of PRsons Technologies.” are as
follow:
·To identify what type of HRM practices are done by PRsons Technologies.
·To identify the strengths and weakness of HRM practice of PRsons Technologies.
·To knowthe performance appraisal system of PRsons Technologies.
·To analyze compensation practice of PRsons Technologies.
·To know the theoretical framework of training and development policy of PRsons
Technologies.
·To knowthe training policy of PRsons Technologies.
·To recommend necessary steps for overcoming problems.
Research Methodology
In order to prepare the report I have collected necessary information from
two sources
 Primary Sources of Information: The primary data collected from the
following sources:
 Face to face discussion.
Oral interview of the Employees.
 Secondary Sources of Information: The secondary data collected
from the following sources:
 Various documents of PRsons Technologies.
Results And Findings
PRsons organizational performance could be explained by its
effective recruitment and selection practices and performance
appraisal practices, research has shown that while the value of a
company's human resource assets may not appear directly on its
balance sheet, it still has a huge impact on organizational
performance.
However, there was insufficient evidence to demonstrate that
PRsons training and development practices contribute positively
to company performance as perceived by respondents.
Results And Findings
Based on the findings of this research, it is recommended that
the management of PRsons continue to ensure compliance with
the HR policy which is the result of the company's strategy to use
human resources among other things to achieve excellent
performance every year.
Management should continue to ensure that the recruitment and
selection process is fair. There should be measures in place to
ensure that all recruitment and selection procedures are in line
with company standards and policies
Recommendation
• Training and development issue:
A more intensive training program should be introduced to increase the performance
of employees to an optimal level. The HR policy could include some provisions
regarding modern training.
• HR consulting cell:
In this system, the employer-employee relationship can grow. Here, all employees
come to the authorized HR person and share their problems. The recruiter will then
take the necessary steps.
·Organization should provide well direct compensation as well as incentives to its
staff.
Learnings
•I have gained proficiency in making PowerPoint presentation and uses of
different tools and technique while making a PowerPoint presentation.
•I have learned how to take interviews and how to mark the candidates as
per different parameters as I have been taking interviews of the interns
throughout my internship period.
•I have been doing social bookmarking of my organization on different
websites and creating profile of my organization in different other websites.
•Designing and creating a posters for internship opportunity in the
organization.
•I have to take telephonic interview of the candidates and after discussion
we have to select out the final candidates.
