- Improving cash flow can occur with cut-backs or increasing sales. A leader is able to demonstrate which approach works best. They learn to research alternative options that yield the same results. If you working with a leader, but you have confidential information shared, you want to trust the leader to regard privacy. Leaders set clear expectations, even writing down and clarifying to remove objections or obstacles for the project. It is imperative to set realistic goals so people are motivated. Leaders can achieve goals with good time management and money handling skills.
