The students at El Carmen Primary School observed the full life cycle of silkworms in their classroom. They saw silkworm eggs hatch, the silkworms grow and spin cocoons, then butterflies emerge from the cocoons and lay new eggs to restart the cycle. The students provided pictures of each stage and found the experience very interesting.
