Election Resource Centre (ERC)
Current: Training and Outreach Project Unit Head
• Lead the design and implementation of capacity development activities for funded
ERC activities as well as other electoral stakeholders such as civil society
organizations.
2. • Develop teaching materials, manuals and handbooks for workshops that will be
focused on citizen participation, election tracking and voter mobilization.
• Follow up on implementation of joint community projects through local CBOs or sub-
grants with project participants and local community engagement.
• Ensure effective monitoring of project activities, including community dialogue
sessions and project implementation by CBOs, and contribute to the project
evaluation, including end of project survey and interviews.
• Provide high-level policy advice to the organization`s board and management on all
public outreach related issues, including policy and methodological advice on
development of messages, public outreach methods and materials.

the organization`s voter mobilization campaigns
