Ghee daily improves
digestion, eye sight,
energy, mental ability,
skin complexion, body

11. Butter Milk: Add Sonthi, Pippali,
Miriyalu, Vamu, Jeera, Saindhav

12. Cow Ghee: Lukewarm cow ghee
Few drops in both nostrils for 3-
6 weeks helps in migraine.
Cowghee & Khandasari each 10
gms for 3-6 weeks helps in
migraine.
Massaging to palms & feet
reduces burning sensation

13. Cowghee reduces hiccups.
For snake bite give half kilo cow
ghee to eat give 500 ml warm
salt water induces vomitings &
motions poison effect is
reduced. Repeat the procedure
for 2-3 times if needed.

14. Gomutram: Filtered gomutram
early morning induces motion.
Gomutram, Khandasari, salt for
gastric problems
Gomutram & Turmeric reduces

15. Gomayam: Gomayam 100 gm
with 100 ml cow milk pushes
out dead foetus
Applying over body and take
warm water bath reduces skin

clears intestinal worms in 1
week & gastroenteritis
