3. Leadership innate or learned ?
• studies indicate leadership tends to be only 30 % genetic.
• leadership capability falls along a bell curve. Some people are,
indeed, born leaders. These folks at the top of the leadership
bell curve start out very good, and tend to get even better as
they go along.
• Some at bottom of the curve: 10-15% of people who, no
matter how hard they try, simply aren't ever going to be very
good leaders. They just don't have the innate wiring.
• Then there's the big middle of the curve, where the vast
majority of us live. And that's where the real potential for
"made" leaders lies.

leader
• Integrity- honest, make the right choices during
critical junctures, safe and effective care decisions,
ethically viable practices e.g. avoid plagiarism,
maintain transparency in budgets while working on
projects, fake bills
• ‘अगर तुम गलत रास्ते पर चलोगे, तो हो सकता है
शुरुआत में तुम्हे बहुत कामयाबी ममले, बहुत खुमशयाां. मगर
अांत में तुम्हारी हार होगी.. और अगर तुम सही रास्ते पर
