SPEED – Data Transfer Rate at physical Layer

                      the OVERHEAD (IP, MAC and physical)

In networking however it is used the mb (megabit) as 1.000.000 bits

1 MB = 8 Mbits

1MBps = 1MB/sec = 8 Mbps

1000Mbps = 125 MB/sec = 125 MBps
