In 1993, after obtaining an BS of Computer Science, Sylvain joined Swiss TV network team in Geneva . Sylvain helped the Swiss TV to build a new network for delivering innovative and reliable solutions such as a digital newsroom. Sylvain Maret also built the first Internet architecture for SSR-SRG (1994). He was in charge of Internet Security (Firewall, Proxy, Sun Solaris Hardening, DNS, Web Server, SMTP, Strong Authentication & Pentest). In 1996 Sylvain was hired as Security Engineer by Dimension Data (formely Datelec), the largest IT security company for Switzerland.
