Assist on answering Contractual correspondence from the Employer, Engineer
and SC's.
Payments and Applications – Ensures that Interim Payment Application are
submitted on time with all necessary substantiation for the Engineer to certify
completed works applied.
Liaise with the Engineer representative for any dispute on quantities certified
against payment application
Follow-up Engineer’s Interim Payment Certificate and Payment when it is due.
All Payment Application Schedules are maintained and included in the Project
Monthly Report.
Bonds and Guarantees – Adopts the correct procedure for the provision of bank
guarantees to Employers, their management, cancellation and associated
charge-out regime.
Project Insurances - Adopts the correct procedure for the administration and
management of all project insurance.
