Initiation and resolution of Indication of Interest (IOI) requests is error-
prone and slow due to switching between email, spreadsheets, OMS,
and EMS. Speed up and simplify the process for initiating and resolving
IOI requests by connecting fragmented tools with the an IOI bot.
Buy- and sell-side teams can leverage this bot to:
● Broadcast available inventory of a security to buy-side clients
● Receive, negotiate, and send a price to counterparts
