This article explains what life is all about. The Bible says that in Christ is the life of God and that this life is the light of man. The purpose of this article is to explain what life is and how this life gets into us and eventually becomes light to us. We need to understand what it means to have the life of Christ in us and how this life catapults us to a supernatural level of operation in life.

John 1:4
In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men.
Notice from this this passage that we are talking about 3 important matters:
Him, Life, and Light.
 Him refers to Jesus Christ
 Life is the life of God in Christ
 Light is the life of Christ in man.
Him refers to Jesus Christ
Through incarnation the Word of God was historically transfigured or
transferred into the flesh. This Word of God clothed in the flesh had a human
name, and that name is Jesus.
Therefore, Jesus is the name of God clothed in the human flesh.
John 1:14
The Word became flesh and made His dwelling amongst us. We
have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came
from the Father, full of grace and truth.
In other words, at some point in history, the Son of God was processed from
the Word to the Flesh. He underwent a transfiguration from the Word into the
Flesh. He was transferred from the Word into the Flesh. The Word became
Flesh, means that at some point, the Flesh became the Word, at some point
the Flesh of Jesus and the Word were the same thing.
The Word is in the spiritual realm, and the Flesh is in the physical realm. This
means that at some point in History the spiritual realm was transfigured or

2. transferred into the physical realm. God moved from the spiritual realm into
the physical realm to live amongst men.
This is like processing water from one state to the other. At some point water
can take the state of ice, whilst at other times it can be vapor. Ice is water in
the solid state, water is the liquid state, and vapor is water in the gaseous
state.
Before Jesus came in the physical, everybody new Him as the Word of God.
The Israelites were searching for Him in the scriptures as the Word. However,
when He was transfigured from the Word into the flesh, many failed to
recognize Him and continued to search for Him only in the scriptures as the
Word.
The Pharisees for example, were searching for Him in the scriptures even
whilst He was standing in front of them. They could not recognize Him in the
flesh and thus they rejected Him.
Other people, however, after carefully and diligently reading the scriptures
were able to recognize and acknowledge the transfigured Jesus by the help of
the Holy Spirit. They came to know and understand that the Word of God had
now been transferred to the flesh.
Those who could not see the transfiguration rejected Jesus, and those who
acknowledged the transfiguration acknowledged Him and received Him as
their Lord and Savior.
Jesus the Word was transfigured into the flesh. This is a historic fact.
