PDHPE aims to support students' overall development, rather than focusing on a single aspect, by promoting physical, social, and emotional growth. Through PDHPE, students learn vital skills like movement, communication, decision making, and personal health choices. PDHPE also focuses on developing essential lifelong learning skills and creating positive attitudes towards peers and learning.
