entire school year. These men and their stories provide the basis for claims of racially
discriminatory treatment of African Americans at the hands of the police. It is true that each of the
stories surrounding these men is different, but the one unifying theme is that police around the
country are interpreting our Constitutional rights in a way that is insufficient to protect African
Americans and the population in general. This paper will explore one Constitutional right the 4th
Amendment protection against unreasonable search and seizures and examine how one Supreme

Wednesday, December 16th, or as I like to call it, one of the best days of my life. Is it clichГ© to
call my first concert experience one of the best days of my life? Probably. But it was just such a
surreal experience. I went to go see The 1975 at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, California. My best
friend knew that I had never been to a concert before, so on my Birthday she gave me tickets to
go see The 1975 as a gift. I had been looking forward to the concert for months, and when the day
finally came, I felt both nervous and excited to go see one of my favorite bands. The 1975 is an
alternative rock/indie rock/pop music band who I had heard of due to another band that decided to
cover one of their songs. The first songI heard was called Medicine. It was two in the morning and

In 1837, a wealthy Scottish nobleman named Sir William Drummond Stewart took Alfred Jacob
Miller on his outing to the Rockies. Stewart had previously been to the mountains in 1833. But
due to the failing health of his brother, Stewart thought that his journey into the American West
might be his last. So he hired Miller to pictorially record the journey. Hence, Miller became the
first artist to cross the continental divide at south past and thus, the first artist to portray the
Rocky Mountains in great detail. Stewart and Miller started out their journey from St. Louis
and went across the plains of Nebraska along the Platt River. [1] Stewart had hired Miller to

I thought that Kerouac s musical tone of voice accompanying the music playing really gave the
experience of listening to a song rather than a poetry performance. It had a nice flow to the
performance that added to the songlike feel to this performance when listening to it. I especially
heard this tone in lines, such as we blop and we plop . The use of sound imagery helps in
relating the songlike feel to poetry to the actual musician who is at the center of the poem s
content and meaning. This is not the only imagery seen in the poem, as there are multiple points

United States. There are many reasons that some people do not want to fund it. One of those

funded because of the examinations and resources they provide, the education they give, and

My daughter and I attend the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra s November Masterworks
symphony conducted by Stuart Malina on November 13, 2016 at The Forum. I never attended a
symphony before, so I was nervous about what we should wear and if we could find are seat. I
expected the audience to be in their best clothes. The men in tuxedos with top hats on and the
women in lavishing gowns with pearl necklace. My experience sure enough prove me wrong in
many ways than one. The symphony started at three pm so I thought if we left the house by 2:30 we
should be able to have a good parking spot since not a lot of people go to symphony. Well, I was
totally wrong it took me about 15 minute to find a parking spot that was 6 blocks away from ...
We were not seating in good enough seats to see the entire orchestra so my daughter and I decide
