IO-Link
Ao contrário dos fieldbuses como CC-Link, EtherNet e PROFIBUS, o IO-Link comunica informações bidirecionalmente entre o PLC e outros dispositivos conectados. Além dos sinais ON / OFF e saídas de sinal analógico, várias informações, como informações do dispositivo, vários parâmetros e dados de eventos, como avisos, podem ser comunicadas. Além disso, por ser uma rede aberta, você pode selecionar mestres e dispositivos IO-Link no ambiente de vários fornecedores.
O monitoramento das condições e a realização da manutenção preventiva dos equipamentos instalados na fábrica exigem mais coleta e análise de dados. Embora os dispositivos compatíveis com IO-Link do CKD ainda sejam apenas sensores, a linha se tornará robusta no futuro.
