Arthur Andersen & Co., where he started as a staff member, worked his way up to become a
manager, and eventually became a partner in 1984. During his tenure from 1974 to 1994,
Daugerdas played a vital role as a member of the Mergers, Acquisitions & Reorganizations Tax
Specialty Team, showcasing his expertise in M&A. Additionally, he served as the Head of the
Central Region Financial Markets Team, overseeing both tax and audit personnel who dealt with
