Incentive Codes
Incentive codes are the unique and non-sequential coupon codes
scanned to claim points.
These alpha-numeric codes are generated with our custom almost
impossible to replicate ‘matrix two-fish’ algorithm which are unique
for lifetime.
While being generated in a long-running process, these codes are
compared with previously generated 10 thousand codes to ensure its
randomness, credibility and uniqueness.
Even with 1 crore incentive codes, there will be noise difference of
more than 50% between any two codes which makes them
tampering proof.

Incentive Code Generation
The system uses a combination of
encryption and randomization algorithm to
Generate Incentive codes which are unique
for lifetime.
This is a long running process, so in order to
serve your production requirement, you can
have the codes generated in bulk and
reserved for the future.

Incentive Codes Lifecycle
1 Generated – Incentive Codes are generated in advance due to
long-running complex generation algorithm
2 Printed - Readily available codes are printed as per production
batch and affixed on the product package
3 Activated - Affixed incentive codes are activated as and when
needed
4 Redeemed - Once the influencer claims the code, that code is
marked as redeemed
5 Expired - The Code gets expired on maturity and cant be
claimed further by influencer
6 Scrapped - Stale incentive codes can be scrapped on demand

Incentive Program
Define an Incentive Program to target Regions that are
more relevant for your business.
Influencers can be categorized into various categories to
define the monetary benefits accordingly.
Monetization can come in the form of Cash and/or Gift
points based on the program configuration.
Points can be earned from Direct Purchase or Sales by
Influencers or Counter staffs respectively.
Also, the influencers can get benefits from different reward
based programs like referral bonus, target achievements,
trainings & certifications, survey & event participation, or
any other app based business collaborations.

Incentive Program Creation
The incentive point program can be defined
based on the Program Duration, Applicable
Products, Applicable Regions, and
Applicable Categories.
We can even have multiple programs
running in parallel as per marketing needs.

Payout Points Types
you can specify different pay-out points for
different customer categories. These points are
now divided into 3 different modes Influencers
can seek
The Direct points can be redeemed by the
customer through Paytm Wallet or Bank
account
Indirect Points can be redeemed at Dealer’s
outlet, while purchasing the goods. Dealer can
be enabled to scan incentive codes and
provide the discounts to the customer at the
time of sale.
Gift Points can be redeem in the form of gift
only.

Email based approval
On creation of new Incentive Point Program an
Automated Email will be sent to the first
approver as per the Signing Authority.
The receiver of the email has to reply all to the
email, and write as
On line 1, “Approved” to approve the program
or “Rejected” to reject it.
On line 2, after R: mention Remarks for
approval or rejection.
On approval, second email will be sent automatically from the system to the Next Approver in the matrix.
On rejection, the program will be Rejected and No further emails will be sent to remaining approvers.

Point Redemptions
The Redemption Process is the heart
of this system. Automatic payment
status update and balance
reconciliation makes it more robust.
The accumulated cash point can be
redeemed in personal Paytm Wallet
or Bank Account. The customer can
also choose from various Vouchers
available of equivalent amount from
different vouchers providers. (e.g.,
Amazon, Big Bazaar)

Point Wallets
All the points earned by the Customer
are shown on the Customer Profile
Screen.
It shows the points bifurcated into
Product Points, Bonus Points and Gift
Points.
The customer can redeem these point
to his own Bank Account or Personal
Wallet (e.g. Paytm, PhonePe and
Amazon Pay, etc.)
Customer can also see the Points
Ledger of the Points he has earned so
far.

Gift Redemption
The Gift Points can be redeemed in the form
of gifts available in Catalog.
The Customer would browse through the
Gift Catalog, choose the gift that likes the
and redeem in exchange for the gift points
accumulated over the period.
System is also capable of providing dispatch
tracking of the requested items.

Employee, Dealers, Sales Guy Paying out to Customers
To redeem the Indirect points a customer will go
to the Dealer’s / Retailer’s outlet and ask for the
discount on the purchase. Field employees can
also assist customers who are unable to scan
codes.
The B2B User will enter customer’s Mobile
Number and search for his profile. If it is not
already created, B2B User will Create Customer’s
Profile by entering basic details as name, region,
etc.
B2B User will Scan the codes that came along with
the products. The all will show the Total Amount
that has been redeemed through those coupon
codes.

Employee, Dealers, Sales Guy Paying out to Customers
The system will send an OTP to customer’s
mobile number for authorizing this transaction.
Dealer will ask the customer for the OTP and
enter into the app.
The app will show the success message and
will also display the amount to be paid the
customer.

Referral System
The Referral System is defined to engage
more influencers with the platform.
The Referral Bonus can be rewarded based
on activities they have to perform upon
signing up.
You can reward different bonus points for
categories of the Referrer Customer or the
New Customer.

Refer a friend
Customers can make use of the B2C Mobile
app to refer friends and co-workers to join
our platform.
After referring, the user will get to know the
Activities the new customer has to perform
to complete the signup process.
He can also see the list of all the customers
he has referred so far and their Sign up
Status.

Refer a friend
The New Customer will download the app
from Play store or App store and do the
usual sign up using mobile number and
some other basic details.
The app will verify the mobile number using
OTP verification.
The profile will be marked as pending for
further background verification from the
backed team.

Redeeming the Referral Bonus
Once the New Customer’s profile has been
activated, the new customer will see the list
of all app based activities he has to perform
to with the referral bonus.
The activities will be marked as completed
as and when the new user completes those.
After completing all the defined activities,
the Referring customer and the New
customer both will get the Referral Bonuses
credited to their bonus bucket.

Dealers & Counter Staff
Counter Staff at Dealers outlet is the first to interact with
the prospective customer; which yields higher probability of
making the customer to purchase your product.
Influencer Engagement Platform has the provision to add
lucrative offerings and perks with each product sale for
Counter Staff.
Dealers and Business Owners can create their teams by
adding Counter Staff or Influencers respectively.
Dealers and Business Owners will participate in the
Incentive Program by inspecting coupon scans and sale
claims to earn benefits.

Counter Staff Sale Claim
Counter staff can register their sale by
entering the invoice date and time.
They will select the items they have sold
by referring to the bill invoice.
They will be asked to enter Invoice
number and the Invoice Snap for
authenticity.

These alpha-numeric codes are generated with our custom almost impossible to replicate ‘matrix two-fish’ algorithm which are unique for lifetime. While being generated in a long-running process, these codes are compared with previously generated 10 thousand codes to ensure its randomness, credibility and uniqueness. Even with 1 crore incentive codes, there will be noise difference of more than 50% between any two codes which makes them tampering proof.

Incentive Code Generation The system uses a combination of encryption and randomization algorithm to Generate Incentive codes which are unique for lifetime. Incentive Codes Lifecycle 1 Generated – Incentive Codes are generated in advance due to long-running complex generation algorithm 2 Printed - Readily available codes are printed as per production batch and affixed on the product package 3 Activated - Affixed incentive codes are activated as and when needed 4 Redeemed - Once the influencer claims the code, that code is marked as redeemed 5 Expired - The Code gets expired on maturity and cant be claimed further by influencer 6 Scrapped - Stale incentive codes can be scrapped on demand

Incentive Program Define an Incentive Program to target Regions that are more relevant for your business. Influencers can be categorized into various categories to define the monetary benefits accordingly. Monetization can come in the form of Cash and/or Gift points based on the program configuration. Points can be earned from Direct Purchase or Sales by Influencers or Counter staffs respectively. Also, the influencers can get benefits from different reward based programs like referral bonus, target achievements, trainings & certifications, survey & event participation, or any other app based business collaborations.

Dealer can be enabled to scan incentive codes and provide the discounts to the customer at the time of sale. Gift Points can be redeem in the form of gift only.

Email based approval On creation of new Incentive Point Program an Automated Email will be sent to the first approver as per the Signing Authority. The receiver of the email has to reply all to the email, and write as On line 1, “Approved” to approve the program or “Rejected” to reject it. On line 2, after R: mention Remarks for approval or rejection. On approval, second email will be sent automatically from the system to the Next Approver in the matrix. On rejection, the program will be Rejected and No further emails will be sent to remaining approvers.

If it is not already created, B2B User will Create Customer’s Profile by entering basic details as name, region, etc. B2B User will Scan the codes that came along with the products. The all will show the Total Amount that has been redeemed through those coupon codes.
