Email based approval
On creation of new Incentive Point Program an
Automated Email will be sent to the first
approver as per the Signing Authority.
The receiver of the email has to reply all to the
email, and write as
On line 1, “Approved” to approve the program
or “Rejected” to reject it.
On line 2, after R: mention Remarks for
approval or rejection.
On approval, second email will be sent automatically from the system to the Next Approver in the matrix.

To redeem the Indirect points a customer will go
