great?
• Kobe Bryant was arguable one of the
top 3 players of all time
• Kobe Bryant was drafted by the
Charlotte Hornets in the draft class of
1996 but was soon traded to the Los
Angeles Lakers which would be a big
mistake that the Hornets would soon
regret as Kobe Bryant Would go on to
win 5 Championships with the Los
Angeles Lakers.

3. The Mamba
Mentality
Kobe Bryant was known famously for his “Mamba
Mentality” which referred to Kobe’s strict work
ethic and his determination and strive for
greatness.
Kobe Bryant was reported by his teammates to
have been in the gym over 4 hours before anyone
showed up, by this point Kobe had already
completed a full workout and was shooting around
ready for team practice.

were and still are
one of the most

• In 2016 Kobe Bryant decided to call it quits for his career and
retired, in an act of honor the Los Angeles Lakers retired his
jersey on the spot to signify the amazing impact Kobe had on the
Lakers Franchise and solidified him as one of the if not the
best Laker of all time.
• In Kobe’s last game he dropped 51 points one of the best last
game performances in history.
