Este documento presenta el programa del XXX Simposio Internacional de SOMECE. Cada día se abordará un tema diferente relacionado con el uso de TIC en educación. El primer día se discutirán las políticas públicas de TIC en educación en el pasado, presente y futuro. Se habilitará una wiki para almacenar Recursos Educativos Abiertos sobre este tema de diferentes países de América Latina. Los siguientes días se tratarán temas como ética con TIC, Recursos Educativos Abiertos en la UNAM y certificaciones de competencias.
Técnicas de auditoria
El documento describe las principales técnicas de auditoría, incluyendo la verificación ocular mediante comparación y observación, la verificación oral a través de indagación, entrevista y encuestas, y la verificación escrita que implica análisis, confirmación, tabulación y conciliación. También cubre la verificación documental como comprobación, cálculo, rastreo y revisión, así como la verificación física a través de inspección.

Sole reliance on AIS data for ship tracking poses risks for compliance as AIS has vulnerabilities. Calificación
El documento establece los criterios de calificación aplicados en la programación didáctica. El 30% de la calificación se basa en el aprendizaje de contenidos conceptuales, el 40% en contenidos procedimentales y el 30% restante en contenidos actitudinales. Los alumnos con enfermedades o lesiones seguirán el mismo sistema de evaluación asistiendo a clase y tomando notas, y aquellos con más de un 20% de faltas injustificadas pierden el derecho a la evaluación ordinaria.

A data warehouse is a central relational database that contains all measurements about a business or an organisation. Power Grid Model
The global energy transition is placing new and unprecedented demands on Distribution System Operators (DSOs). Alongside upgrades to grid capacity, processes such as digitization, capacity optimization, and congestion management are becoming vital for delivering reliable services.
Power Grid Model is an open source project from Linux Foundation Energy and provides a calculation engine that is increasingly essential for DSOs. It offers a standards-based foundation enabling real-time power systems analysis, simulations of electrical power grids, and sophisticated what-if analysis. In addition, it enables in-depth studies and analysis of the electrical power grid’s behavior and performance. This comprehensive model incorporates essential factors such as power generation capacity, electrical losses, voltage levels, power flows, and system stability.
Power Grid Model is currently being applied in a wide variety of use cases, including grid planning, expansion, reliability, and congestion studies. It can also help in analyzing the impact of renewable energy integration, assessing the effects of disturbances or faults, and developing strategies for grid control and optimization.
