Liberty Mutual initially used e-signatures for a few processes but has expanded use to over 50 business units. They have seen benefits like faster processing, reduced costs, and improved customer experience. The Co-Operators also implemented an e-signature solution enterprise-wide and has experienced efficiencies through automation and digitization of document-based processes.
