From an early age I was taught the importance of personal integrity and the importance of being

General Requirements for Admissibility Generally, the rules of evidence are no different for
electronic records than for paper records. Medical records are first subject to the hearsay rule,
which says that any statement made out of court by a person not currently testifying is not

After those first couple of weeks though I came to class prepared every time that the class met. I
did very well in this area and rate myself a 9 because I had my books, binder, pens, and my
assignments completed that needed to be brought to class every time that the class met. I know I
did not do good with being prepared for some of my meeting but there were certain circumstances
that kept me from going and I could not make it. I hope to improve on my attendance and being

These colonies all had economic factors that contributed to their founding. These factors later
developed into different customs and traditions which led to the varied differences between the

This research aims to critically analyze the dispute over the Spratly Islands. By enumerating the
claimant countries, laying out all their claims, and carefully weighing each to come up with the
most sound and diplomatic solution to the dispute that has been going on for decades.

The Spratly islands in the South China Sea are composed of more than hundreds of islets sparse

In the film The King s Speech , written by David Seidler and released on November 26, 2010, the
filmmaker portrays Albert being constantly under pressure for speaking correctly, by comparing his
speech to great broadcasters who are anything but great leaders. The pressure that comes from
Albert s father, King George V, results in more frustration for the both of them, without either of
them realising that to lead a country into greatness depends more on just speaking well. Throughout
the film, there had been ideal speechmodels like Hitler, David, and King George V, shown in
order to compare their speech to Albert s and to show what a great speaker has to sound in order
to gain the public s support. Ironically, all of those speech perfect models turned out to be

My Thoughts About Sexual Identity
When asked to write a candid and self revealing journal about my experiences, thoughts, feelings
and beliefs related to human sexuality, I became intrigued. Throughout my early life, my own
sexuality has been something of considerable focus because I knew that I was different than the
average boy. Later, I discovered this difference was called being gay, homosexual, a faggot, or
queer. I remember these names stinging just a bit because I did not want to be different than other

eighties. The crisis around HIV/AIDS generated numerous myths which may or may not have
