Folio thinking is a process where students engage in collecting, organizing, reflecting on and connecting their learning experiences to develop the ability to concisely discuss what they have learned. It involves five activities: create, collect, curate, converse and connect. Digital portfolios must consider principles of digital ethics like privacy, consent for data usage, accessibility and respecting author rights.
