Workplace politics is an integral part of any
organisation. They can dictate critical aspects
like how decisions are made, who gets
promoted, and sometimes who stays employed.
However, rather than totally avoiding it,

for professional growth and job satisfaction.

The term ‘Corporate Politics' refers to the actions, attitudes, or behaviors employed to gain or
maintain power or advantages within a business organisation or enterprise.
