In this presentation, we will discuss the Salesforce and Jira Integration. With the help of Jira Integration, it is easy to create, update, or delete the Jira tickets with name, priority, issue types, and vice-versa.

3. How we did it?
1) For Data Model: For this project, we used JIRA Details Object, Webhooks, and Lightning
components.
2) For Development: Basically, we followed two steps to complete this project:
- In the first step, we had to authorize Salesforce org with the Atlassian platform.
- In the second step, we were able to fetch all the projects and project details using a
click and able to create issue in the related project that was to be created under the
selected project.
- In the third step, we were able to fetch all the issues and issues details of related
project using a click.
- In the fourth step, we were able to edit and delete the related issue using a click.
