é historiador, desenhista e escritor ocasional.
Sua colaboração com fanzines vem
de longa data, em especial junto aos
companheiros Tom e Michel. Quando o
meio virtual se revelou uma forma mais eficiente e prática
de expor seus trabalhos, deixou as velhas folhas xerocadas
e passou a editar a revista Rabiscos&Afins na web. Criou
a personagem Ber the bear em maio de 2007, fruto das
inúmeras experiências que vivenciou ou ouviu sobre o
meio bear, que no início gerou uma curiosidade geral pela
autoria desconhecida. Inicialmente inspirado em seus
amigos ursos, aos poucos Ber foi assimilando cada vez
mais a personalidade crítica e humor ácido do próprio autor.
Paralelo a esse trabalho, Rafael continua escrevendo e
desenhando, mas sempre reservando um tempo para cuidar
do seu querido urso.
