Shopping Recife
O desafio:
Para resolver um sério problema que afetava as praças de
alimentação do Shopping Recife nos horários de pico das praças
de alimentação, preparamos uma ação que incentivava os clientes
a contribuir com a limpeza das mesas, levando suas bandejas para
as áreas de coleta, ou lixeiras mais próximas.
O principal desafio era fazer isso sem parecer grosseiro, ou permitir
que o cliente achasse que o Shopping estava transferindo sua
responsabilidade de manter o ambiente limpo e receptivo.
A solução:
Para atrair o cliente para a ação, adotamos uma postura com foco
na simpatia e cuidado com o próximo, convidando o artista Rafa
Mattos para criar os textos e as ilustrações da campanha. O artista
carioca Rafa Mattos é conhecido por suas ilustrações que pregam
o amor e o respeito ao outro, mostrava-se como um porta voz ideal
para a proposta de comunicação criada.
Resultado:
A campanha que deveria durar apenas alguns dias foi tão
bem recebida pelo público que acabou se tornando decoração
temporária das Praças de Alimentação do Shopping Recife.
A aceitação dos clientes foi enorme e repercutiu positivamente na
disponibilidade das mesas, que passaram a ser deixadas limpas em
sua grande maioria.
O Shopping apontou que depois desta campanha mais de 50% das
mesas passaram a ser liberadas limpas, antes este percentual não
chegava a 10% das mesas.
