What is call back? where the subscriber or user of the service will get back call each time he/she dial the specific number provided by company, on his/her cell phone (CDMA/GSM) which is computer supported system, receiving the call he/she can receive the call and in put the number or dial desired phone number in the cell phone, to call the person whom they know.

FROM DIRECTOR’S DESK Vivoice is leading the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) revolution currently sweeping through the telecommunications industry. Virtually every major service provider is discovering the benefits of VoIP, and we are helping them leverage the technology to the fullest.  In the beginning of 2002, we made a strategic decision to build our latest generation of VoIP technology around the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), an Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) standard that allows greater flexibility in application development and deployment. The recent adoption of SIP by the majority of the large VOIP hardware vendors confirms we made the right decision. More notable, perhaps, is the benefits we are seeing from implementing this new technology standard in several key areas. For example, as we provide predominantly consumer-oriented services provider, we are focused on providing these consumers with the ability to choose the way they access and use their VoIP service.  As such, we are pleased to see the large majority of device manufactures adopting SIP as the protocol they are incorporating into their consumer devices, such as Analog Telephone Adapters (ATA) and IP Phones. Because our network is SIP based, we can in turn easily allow users of our service to utilize this growing variety of access options. Additionally, we are seeing many of the carriers, resellers and service providers we work with also adopt SIP. As such, when we work with them we can often reduce or eliminate the need to implement border proxies or soft switches, or other hybrid solutions that translate from one protocol into another (e.g. H.323 to SIP), saving us both time and money as we incorporate new features and functionality into our infrastructure and offerings. In summary, we have incorporated a pure SIP network architecture that works as it is supposed to work, without patches, hacks or technical band-aids. Our expertise in SIP gives us a substantial competitive advantage throughout the range of our product offerings, PC-to-phone, Dial-Up Phone, through Broadband phone, as are our customers...
