11. SPEED STUDY
 In speed study their is necessary to measure
pavement width, curve, sight distance and
gradient.
 We have try to measure the speed of vehicle
(two wheeler) within the distance of aprox. 15 m
at varying time.

14. PARKING STUDY
 AT THIS LOCATION ON STREET PARKING IS
ADOPTED.
 CARS ARE PARKED IN PARALLEL TO THE
ROAD.
 HENCE WIDTH OF PAVEMENT IS REDUCED
AND THERE IS PROBLEM OF TRAFFIC JAM.

17. ACCIDENT STUDY
 Marking signs :
 There are no any road signs are provided on the road.
 Speed breakers are not provided in each direction of
road.
 There are no any warning signs are provided.
 Only prohibitory sign is provided i.e. ONE WAY SIGN

 Traffic control devices :
 To control traffic , traffic signals are constructed . But
still signals are not working.
 Hence control of traffic on the hand of traffic inspectors
therefore it is not possible to control traffic in all
direction of streets. Hence there is chances of accidents .

22. CONCLUSION
 Traffic survey is very necessary for the design
of a road at particular location.
 From the traffic analysis we have to know what
are the vehicles which are passed at particular
location.
 From the traffic analysis we have to know what
are the provisions are provided in constructed
road.

23. RECOMMENDATION
 On the road parallel parking is adopted hence
there is reduction pavement width and chances
of traffic jam.
ON STREET PARKING AVOIDED
 At that location no any road signs and sign
boards are not provided hence there chances of
accidents .
PROVISION OF SIGNS

24. RECOMMENDATION
 There is huge traffic hence provision of
TRAFFIC SIGNALS is necessary.
 In rainy season there is problem of ponding
on the road hence provision of sufficient
GRADIENT for the road.
 Provision of FOOTPATH for the pedestrians.
