Ms. Rivera is co-founder and Managing Partner of Ulu Ventures, an early stage fund focused on IT companies that
has made over 45 investments in the last five years. She is also the co-founder and co-president of Stanford Angels
Entrepreneurs, an open source network. She is a Kauffman Fellow and has worked at all stages of new ventures,
from formation to Fortune 500 public companies. Previously, Miriam was the second corporate counsel to join

Dr. Korver is the Director of the Kauffman Fellows Academy. He is also a co-founder and partner at Ulu Ventures.
