Job Description
• To lead the corporate service delivery to be theCost Efficiency
                                                  differentiator and
  thus give the business development team an edge over
  competition and thus contribute to revenue enhancement.
• To lead ,manage and assist a team of Customer Service managers
                                                 Loved by more
  who handle the complete customer life cycle management of
  National accounts on telecom products and Data customers
                                                   products.
• To Identify the areas of opportunities for “customer
  experience” enhancement and drive en-cashing of these through
  structured action by team members.
Innovative Products
•   To engage with corporate senior management team and ensure
                                                    and Services,
    customer engagement /delight activities are conducted at Solution
                                             Unified Messaging regular
    interval.
•   To understand competition service strategies in various product lines
    , share the same and jointly drive “Plus One” corporate
    service strategies for the circle.
•   To strategize and execute a strong Zonal service delivery for

Experience
• At least 10 years of work experience and

Job Description • To lead the corporate service delivery to be theCost Efficiency differentiator and thus give the business development team an edge over competition and thus contribute to revenue enhancement. • To lead ,manage and assist a team of Customer Service managers Loved by more who handle the complete customer life cycle management of National accounts on telecom products and Data customers products. • To Identify the areas of opportunities for “customer experience” enhancement and drive en-cashing of these through structured action by team members.

Innovative Products • To engage with corporate senior management team and ensure and Services, customer engagement /delight activities are conducted at Solution Unified Messaging regular interval. • To understand competition service strategies in various product lines , share the same and jointly drive “Plus One” corporate service strategies for the circle. • To strategize and execute a strong Zonal service delivery for Corporate business.   • 7. Desired Skills & Experience • At least 10 years of work experience and 5 years in Telco Service industry. • Managerial experience and must have led a team of min 30 member • Graduate/ Engineering and MBA preferred
