- Thank you. Good afternoon, I’m Simon Letellier. I’m hospital pharmacist and I’m master degree in medical informatics. I’m Phast’s member too. ‘ And’ Phast is an association of hospital pharmacists working with software suppliers on standardisation. So, if the name of Phast have no particular sense except perhaps fast « quick / high speed», for me it means « Pharmaceutical Standards ». For the works and implementations of Phast, please follow the presentation of the CEO of the association tomorrow : Mr Frank Gener. Now I will just introduce you to what is done in French hospitals around medication prescriptions.
