3. Identify
First step is to identify members who can bring a great result to your
club on the basis of their talent, abilities and interest.
• Identify the Strength and weakness.
• Conduct Strength assessments.(Formal / Informal)
• Facilitate opportunity for team members to apply their strengths
productively.
4. Invite
Inviting is the key in building good rapport with the club member’s
which will enhance the quality in relation with the club.
• Inviting the identified member/Club member to your daily club
meetings.
• Inviting the members close relations (Siblings, Friends, neighbor's
etc.) to the events which is being conducted in the club.
5. Introduce
A brief and proper introduction about the organization is a must.
• Give the members proper awareness about the organization.
• Educate the members about the organizations function.
• Train each and every members regarding their duties and
responsibilities.
• Introduce them to the opportunities that they get from the club.
6. Induct
• Make members Happy.
• Encourage Members
• Give them responsibility.
• Ask their opinions and views.
7. Inform
• Teach / Educate about Rotaract with proper orientation.
• Keep things clear and transparent with in the club by effective means
of communication.

10. Activities of Motivation
• Collaborate with other clubs in conducting events, so that the club
members could build more networks.
• Conduct more activities based on the interest areas of the members.
• Ask new members why they have joined the club. Make sure that you
give new members the opportunity to fulfill these goals or ideas.
• Establish open and honest communication at meetings. Members
should have the opportunity participate - let them know that you
value their opinions and thoughts. Be aware of nonverbal
communication and body language as well as what is being said. Talk
to members as equals.
11. • Keep focused on the members. Share your experiences but be careful
not to shift focus from group onto yourself. Always operate as a team
player.
• Recognize individual members for their participation, work, and
achievements within the group.
• If members choose to leave the organization, set up a friendly and
judgment-free conversation about their decision. Their feedback may
be particularly helpful in retaining other members.
