4. Mr.Vipinchandra Vithaldas Shah germinated Shreeji Group in the year 1980. Initially it was a small business of REP licenses and finance providers. Then we entered into catering the Electronic/ Electrical Industries in Mumbai/Gujarat marketing Electronic components to OEM’s. Mr. Vipinchandra V. Shah

5. The proprietary concern shaped into a family business when Mr. Nikhil Shah son of Mr. Vipinchandra Vithaldas Shah joined business in the year 1987 after completing his M.B.A.

6. Mr. Nikhil Shah expanded the horizon of the family business by diversifying into marketing of chemicals of the new generation. Initially we started with marketing just branded products in the category of Engineering Adhesives & Sealants. We catered to the different Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile and Civil Industries of Mumbai and Gujarat. Mr. Nikhil V. Shah

7. The family business was doing well and hence in October 1994 we shifted to our own office at: Plot no. 36/2, J. B. Nagar, Andheri (E), Mumbai: 400059.

8. But then came a bad phase when on 14 th December 1994, Mr. Vipinchandra Vithaldas Shah left us for the heavenly abode. The dominating force and guiding light had dimmed out. Business went from good to bad. Infact the business survived only because of the esteem patronage of our customers. Probably that was the only period when our services were not the best due to this set back.

10. Then was the time when Mr.Bhavin V. Shah the younger son of Mr. Vipinchandra Vithaldas Shah joined business in 1996 after completing his Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management along with a five year on site experience with M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited.

11. Mr. Bhavin Shah expanded the horizon of the family business by diversifying into manufacturing of speciality chemicals and lubricants. Mr. Bhavin V. Shah

12. Facing loads of problems in the 26 th July heavy rains and floods we shifted to our office next to our Registered Head office : C/503 Vishal Apartments, M.V. Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai: 400069.
