Howard-Tilton Memorial Library
The main branch of the university's library system, Howard-Tilton's
instruction and research librarians are working hard to provide
data management and research project assistance to researchers
of all levels, from undregraduate to faculty. Specializing in
metadata standards and data management plans, librarians also
offer assistance in ontology creation, cataloging, and search tools.

Matas Health Sciences Library
The library supports the educational mission, teaching, research,
and patient care functions of the health sciences center through
the acquisition, organization, and dissemination of biomedical
information.
Tulane Technology Services
Technology Services manages and maintains the university's
technology assets, including storage servers, archives, the
university network, Innovative Learning Center, computing
clusters, and much more. For help with consultation about your
project's infrastructure, backup and storage needs, long-term
preservation, or remote data transfers, they're happy to help.
Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Development
The Office of Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property
Development is responsible for Tulane's technology transfer
program. It provides advice and service to Tulane faculty and staff
regarding the management of intellectual property.
Sponsored Projects Administration
The Office of Research Administration provides both pre and post
award services to Tulane University Researchers. Staff members
aid investigators in the development of budgets for grant and
contract proposals, and in filing required compliance documents.
Office of Research
The Vice President for Research is a university-wide post
responsible for overseeing all aspects of research at Tulane
University. Priorities for the office include fostering
interdisciplinary collaboration, aiding in the recruitment and
retention of leading investigators, and building the research
portfolio in a manner compliant with government regulation.
Office of Graduate Studies and Research
The Office of Graduate and Postgraduate Studies advances
graduate education and enhances postdoctoral training through
program oversight, policy development, and implementation of
focused activities.
Faculty Affairs
Ana's responsibilities include assisting the Provost on all faculty
issues, including promotion and tenure, hiring plans, and
recruitment. She serves as a liaison to the School of Liberal Arts,
the School of Architecture, Newcomb-Tulane College, the Center
for Public Service, the Stone Center for Latin American Studies, the
H. Sophie Newcomb Memorial College Institute, and Student
Affairs.
