• To Understand the benefits of Training and Development activities in Banking sector
• Analyze and suggest incorporation of Best Practices (T & D) in the Industry
Description:
• Study of existing procedure for T&D in SBH
• Understand trends in T&D in the Banking Sector
• GAP Analysis of existing process and Best Practices
• This project is used as a case study of the current processes being followed at SBH while comparing the same across
other players in the Banking Industry. The report highlights the need to upgrade and embrace Best Practices while
keeping an eye on the trends expected in T&D.
