It is expected some time in 2012, ASIC will administer the new national
business name registration service, taking the registration of business
names away from each State and Territory. The new application will also
incorporate and application for an ABN.
Shelf Company Services Pty Ltd is planning for this change and we will be
able to offer a quick online application, once the service has been
introduced.

we can advise your password.
In our MEMBERS AREA, all of your orders (if online service used) will be
stored, including all of the company binder documents (including the
certificate of registration and constitution) are stored in here as PDF's.
