6. HUBBALEAD - STARHUB EMPLOYEE VOTING PORTAL
CLIENT: StarHub Holdings
WHEN: Q4 2016 - Q1 2017
ABOUT: StarHub commissioned DigitalFolks to design
and develop a web-based portal to encourage peer
recognition amongst StarHub employees - based on
the StarHub values. A voting credits and Leaderboard
system was developed. This included a rolling basis
auto-calculation of points to score on the
leaderboard.

ABOUT: SWITCH is the first platform in Singapore that
will aggregate an array of public and private sector
players in the innovation and enterprise ecosystem, to
come together to build a concept week that showcases
Singapore’s vibrant entrepreneurial and technology
innovation ecosystem.
The event hosted over 3,000 startup founders,
technologies, investors and corporations in the
technology industry.

ABOUT: We Are Spaces is one of Singapore’s
leading online platform for corporate event
and meeting venues. With out 15,000 monthly
users, the platform required to move forward
form its web interface to adopting a mobile-

10. POPSTATION (ONLINE MARKETPLACE)

ABOUT: DigitalFolks was tasked to redesign the new
POPStation service under SingPost.
The project required assessing the user-experience of
booking a POPStation box, coordinating the
requirements from the logistics team, and designing a
user-flow for management approval.

WHEN: 2015
ABOUT: DigitalFolks was tasked to redesign
the a core SingPost offering, ezyparcel -
parcel delivery booking and payment service.
The produce is used heavily by thousands of
corporate and individual clients each day. The
redesign of the Ezyparcel platform required
the balance between proposing a new design
as well as taking note that existing users are
likely used to the current platform.
The project also included designing of the
wireframes with top management, and
designing a user-friendly and professional
user-interface design for the entire platform.
The project was a success and was

NewsWatch A/S is a Media Monitoring Agency started in 2008, headquartered in Denmark that provides
analysis of news articles to clients, mainly political parties and global companies like Maersk. NewsWatch
analyses over 300 national, regional and local papers daily and over 200 magazines monthly. In 2012, the
Norwegian/Swedish equivalent named Retriever acquired Newswatch.
