Where horizontal drilling is useful:

• Natural vertical fractures
• Thin layered reservoir
• Old reservoirs that no longer have
  adequate drive mechanisms
• Producing reservoirs with extremely high

  inaccessible locations
• Areas where environmental concerns
  minimize number of surface locations

• Comparison of company’s calculated
  permeability and skin factor with
  our calculation done by using
  – PanSystem
  – FEKETE (decline curve analysis)
• Performance prediction and history
  matching by using CMG software.
