  1. So, let’s talk to you about Neustar and what we do. Years ago, when I wanted to reach someone, life was simple.  The only thing I could do was call, the only device I had was a black rotary corded phone and the only destination I could call was a place – a home or businessand then I would ask if the person I wanted to speak to was there.…then in 1996 the world began to change.
