Arun M Viswanath, in his corporate career span of 23 years, has played versatile roles in
sales, production, consulting, finance, assessment, and training functions across industries
in various capacities. A visionary and thought leader, he has played a key role in fabricating
executive board of Gyalizo in the past 4 years. A believer in entrepreneurship as driver of
innovation and growth, he sees entrepreneurship as an interesting, engaging, and enriching
journey.
Nagarjuna Cherukuri has over 11 years of experience in IT and manufacturing industry
across geographical locations. An expert strategist and operations manager, he has helped
turning-around projects, teams and organizations varying in size, complexity and culture. An
alumnus of Anna University and University of Oxford, he has gained valuable insights into
innovation strategy as well as key disruptive changes during his time spent at University of
Oxford.
Indranil Saha, in his diverse career, spanning over geographies and industries, has built and led
business units. For each business unit managed, he has provided strategic, financial and operating
expertise to deliver strong earnings and sustained revenue streams. An advanced course alumnus
of IIM-Indore, he possesses a multi-disciplinary education across Finance, Strategy and Marketing
complimented by never ending Entrepreneurial zeal. Being member of multiple BoDs of dynamic
organisations, enables him a “Larger Picture” vision and a wide space to contribute.

Priscilla Jospeh is an experienced Life Skills, Inter-Personal Communications and English
Language trainer. A Master’s Degree holder in English Literature, she has extensive
experience training Business English Communication in association with British Council and
Cambridge University. A keen player in NGO space, she played a pivotal role in developing
interactive training modules for people working in HIV/AIDS interventions as part of Aids
Prevention and Control projects.
Arularasan Palaniswamy, an experienced hand in Training industry with expertise in
Outbound Training and Experiential Learning. His experience is complemented by his
interests in shooting, trekking, rock climbing and mountaineering. He is also a specialist in
developing assessment contents as well as competitive training contents, with keen eye on
latest developments. An enthusiast with high appetite for challenges, he is also pursuing his
Doctorate in Physics.
Mohan Sadasivan is an experienced Trainer with more than 20 years of corporate
experience in handling Educational Institutions, Marketing Communication Agencies, Sales
Channel Management in diverse industries. His primary focus is on soft skills, quintessential
to excelling in the Corporate World. He is an expert trainer in conducting training in both
traditional structured organizations as well as cross functional startup environments.
