closely with staff, to meet objectives (i.e.. meet on a
weekly basis to coordinate daily weekly and monthly
responsibilities), Conduct monthly Security meetings
with the Community Task Force, to discuss security
issues in the neighborhood, with other property
managers and law enforcement agencies.
Note: I have exceeded my NOI by 6-8% of annual budget
($1,800,000), by supervising monthly financials and
decreasing delinquencies by 95%, and reducing monthly
maintenance, utilities and capital expenditure

Our Initial Finders fee is 50% of 1st months
Rent
We at A&Z Residential Properties market properties at various location which limits advertising cost to the owner. Through our experience we find that the most effective form of advertising is Craigslist and putting a sign on the property.
