LISBON AGENDA – EU 2020. ,[object Object],New goals for education and training until 2020: Less than 15% of fifteen years old students have low achievement in reading, mathematics and science (goal is changed from 20% to 15% and besides reading, achievements are measured in science and mathematics) At least 95% of children aged 4 years should be included in the pre-school education At least 15% of adults should participate in lifelong learning (previously formulated goal is 12.5%) At least 40% of persons 30-34 years of age should have higher education Percentage of those who drop out of school should be less than 10%.

Funkcionalna pismenost koja se meri u savremenim ekonomijama se kod nas ne meri. Obrazovni deficit je najizraženiji kod romske populacije koji kasnije ostaje jedan od uzroka trensgeneracijskog prenošenja siromaštva.
