Events' voucher policy for IRSUS

1. IRSUS EVENTS’ VOUCHERS POLICIES
Vouchers for attending top events in Europe.
The policy for Events’ Vouchers is as follows:
• Up to 600€ per company only covering ticketing/sponsoring of your
chosen event(s).
• As many events and tickets the 600€ can cover.
• No travel or any other subsistence is covered.
• Until the global limit of IRSUS is exhausted
• Deadline for requests (2019 May 31st
)
• Events must take place in 2019.
Procedure
• The startup requests via form:

• IRSUS evaluates the fit of the event for the startup and
agrees/rejects
• The startup pre-finances the ticket then invoices DOCOMO Digital
Italy SpA (Invoice date deadline November 15th
2019) the cost of
the ticket(s) up to the 600€ limit.
• The startup should present the invoice/receipt of the event as an
evidence.
• DOCOMO Digital Italy SpA then pays the invoice.
• The startup posts a couple of images tagging @irsuseu handler
from the event.
