  3. I know I have And I’ve worked in multiple spaces where more questions than answers paralize entrepreneurs, teams, people from taking action. Whether is mentoring a START UP team, coaching a TEDx Speaker, Volunteer mentoring entrepreneurs, writing a book, or coaching my clients and teams..
  4. I believe that CLARITY is not something someone can give you but that with the right framework you can gain CLARITY at any moment or circumstance. I’ve seen it happen for many of the people I work with but more important, is this framework that moved me from COMPLETE fog to a life and business by design and I want to share that story with you.
  5. It was not too long ago, about 6 years ago that I began what I call my years of FOG. Years where everything in my life seemed to be going well but I was not. I was confused, I had lost myself in the daily routine of parenting and work and I had disconnected from what I was really good at and from what I loved to do. I was going through the motions and it was working until all fell apart. I was at a meeting, negotiating my new role within an organization I had been working with for a few years and I was asked, What do YOU Want? I froze! I could not answer. My eyes welled up in tears and there was nothing I could do than walk out of the room. That evening, when I came home and told my husband that story he looked and me and simply said… “THERE’s NO CRYING IN BASEBALL… and then proceeded to find the movie “ A Leage Of Their Own” and replay the scene where Tom Hanks tell his player “There’s NO CRYING IN BASEBALL”. There was no crying in baseball… crying was not going to help my situation. What triggered my emotions was not the tone of the meeting or the situation at work, was realizing that I had NO CLUE what I wanted to do. I did not have a plan or even the clarity of what I was even good at. I couldn’t speak for myself because I could not even communicate my value. I had reached my low.
  6. - Knowing I was lost and did not know where to start was the beginning of my process of CLARITY. This was the first step towards regaining my confidence, reclaiming who I was and what I was good at and to begin designing the life and work I wanted. A life by design which has now turned into a successful business where I work with my clients in finding CLARITY of message, CLARITY of strategy and CLARITY of action plan. My clients are entrepreneurs, I actually call them IDEApreneuers as I mentioned earlier and small teams who are looking to engage their audiences and position their products and services from a place of resonance vs a place of active pitching and selling.
  7. - Knowing I was lost and did not know where to start was the beginning and I now want to share with you a framework I’ve developed that I use with my clients whether they are looking for personal or professional clarity.
