ST-001 is effective in slowing the growth of the DLCL2 human non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma
compared to SDV (no fenretinide).
The standard first line clinical therapy for this lymphoma is the combination of
cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin (hydroxydaunomycin), vincristine (Oncovin®), and
prednisone (CHOP) which strongly inhibits the growth of the DLCL2 tumor under the
conditions of this mouse model experiment.
