1. assist targeted developing countries by providing
effective support to the emergence of REDD+
national frameworks and actions.
2. assist the European Commission, EU delegations
and EU Member States in providing such an support
3. help developing countries in building their
capacity and improving forest governance so as to
help them meet their REDD+ objectives

3. Working method (= EU FLEGT facility)
demand-driven
flexible
tailored and adaptive to specific needs when and
where they emerge
in close coordination with all donors
