Start rehearsing the presentation

While we are rehearsing edit the script and the Power Point

Fix the room to the presentation,
Cover the walls (Sathma, Marie, Logan, Rajan)
Put the tables in order (Sathma, Khatra)
Make sure the venue is ready (Sathma)
03.15pm – 03.30pm Short break till the presentation starts
Sathma: Lay the refreshment on the table nicely before the audience arrives
Marie: Stick the pictures of the process of creating the murals
Khatra: Help Marie to stick the pictures of the process of creating the murals
Logan: Make sure the Power-Point is ready to present
Rajan: Create a playlist of songs to play till the audience arrives and leaved after the
presentation
